Yes I do. That was not part of the UN's outline in 1991. Its easy to look back and be critical now but if you recall most democrats didn't want to do this at all in 1991. It was only the defined in and out plan that brought some of them on board. Now some of those very same people who were against action in 1991 are critical of Bush that we didn't go all the way. Talk about hypocritical! Senator Kerry has the audacity to be critical of Bush Sr. when he didn't vote for action in the first place? And what of the last Admin that allowed Saddam to toss out inspectors without ramification? Should we really listen to any of them when they didn't have the balls to enforce the UN resolution? I don't think so!
