against 25 corporate board members - a 40% increase y-o-y.

Hey George; any idea how many board members there are?

Six thousand co's or so trade in the stock market. So directors are in the tens of thousands. Frankly I don't think it's earth shattering that the SEC garbage busts one tenth of one per cent of that criminal mess.

Of course the rest of the world can "learn the technology". Most simply do not want to expend resources. They prefer us to be the policeman, while being two-faced and not admitting it.
