reaper, you a bruins fan? Just wondering, haven't seen any games yet this preseason. But looks like they are stuggling 1-3 in preseason...

Anybody out there a NE Revolution fan, they did a awesome job against the Chicago Fire last night. They are peaking just at the right time...

Later...

Without stating the obvious, this all smacks of Ponzi finance in the terminal, desparation stages. Doug Noland would have a field day with it!

(changing their 'Sears' cards into general-purpose credit cards). Circuit City (CC) did the same thing a handful of months ago. that's how they 'earn' money -- get you to charge a bunch of stuff at Best Buy and Home Depot and then sell the receivables into the securitization market for a 'gain on sale'.

By expanding their "assets (ROTFL!)" it dilutes the rising delinquencies and charge-offs, the better to fool "investors" into actually owning this trash. Terminal Ponzi desparation....

BTW, do you think Sears will survive the bear market? I have real doubts at this point...
