I don't agree. I think INSURANCE presents analytical challenges. Berk is two companies, insurance and non-insurance. The non-insurance part is fairly simple. An easy way to value the insurance part is to compare it to the public insurance company with the highest valuation (price to book). The Berk insurance sub should be worth MORE than that as it is the preminent insurance franchise on the Planet.
