Yes, as I learned from my Hungarian friend, Alban, the languages Hungarian, Finnish AND Turkish are interrelated among themselves and different from any other language grouping.

He says it all evolved from "speaking in tongues" after the consumption of some alcoholic concoction those cultures have in common. This is especially true, he says, in Finland where alcohol is a common heating fuel, given the lack of indigenous petroleum reserves.

I have my doubts. From my travel to northern Finland in the middle of summer, the mosquitos are big enough and plentiful enough to be harvested and compacted into briquettes to be burned in furnaces in the wintertime.

"Then around 1,800 BC, Hammurabi established the last of the truly Sumerian empires." ( tomgilmore.com )

The reason so many Sumerian words related to "copper" survive today is because of the great Hammurabian Code, which became the first organized basis for "law enforcement" in the roots of civilization.

(Note that the Ten Commandments date back only to around 1300 BC - contenderministries.org )
