But is it strictly illegal? I mean, probably hundreds of billions in debt of corporations is hidden off balance sheets right now. But still the stock market is selling for almost 5 times book value. This is scary. And the mob Govt. junk overseeing this and other major scams just keeps ignoring it. Real world earnings have been in decline for years. And now corporations seem to have less room for deception and misrepresentations.
