Are you saying that the Canadians regulators don't get up in arms about scam reform because they're more realistic that it won't work ... and that Canadian investors are more resistant to stings than US investors would be?

That could be. I haven't really studied it. Wasn't the largest stock scam before Enron the Bre-X thing on the TSE? I don't know who had more $$$ in it, Canadian investors or US investors? In these days of electronic trading, it's almost nothing to buy or sell stocks on any exchange in the world.
