If I recall correctly, that was not government manufactured Sarin, but instead was made by the group itself. One of the dangers with Iraq and WMDs has repeatedly (on this thread and everywhere else) been stated that even if Saddam doesn't use WMDs on us, the weapons could nevertheless end up in the hands of terrorists. Based on this logic, you'd think that the UN would be demanding proof that the US had destroyed its stockpiles of WMDs.
