I have just finished speaking with Roswitha at TWG. One fact Lovey has correctly stated is that there is a news blackout pending the completion of the Private Placement financing. TWG management do have the results from Torngat 2001, the results from the Jackson Inlet Phase 1 exploration activities for 2002 as well as an update on the gold project in Idaho. As to when the financing will be closed, all Roswitha was willing and able to say was "it will be Sooooooooonnnnnnn"... According to Roswitha, the financing has been going better than expected in terms of the total dollars that will be raised but it is taking longer than planned due to Kingsdale Capital choosing the private placement buyers more selectively to gather more long term investors. This is a wise tactic especially in light of what occured on previous PP's, where investors were seeking more short term gains, leaving a never ending supply of stock availability which kept the stock price down. Roswitha was able to state regarding the Idaho project that they are pushing to have the property up and running within two years, with an expectation of producing 100,000 ounces of gold per year and 15 year life span for the mine. This is based on the known reserves plus additional gold that will come from drilling and exploration projects at the site.... I think it is worthwhile to call Roswitha, if for no other reasons than to continue receiving updates directly and to tactfully put pressure on the management team to move the PP along in a timely manner. As always, just MHO..... AG stockhouse.com
