Coward! :-)

1. Churchill (thames should like that.)
2. FDR (NOT because I like the guy at all! Still, 4 terms, Great Depression, WW2.)
3. Thatcher (Extra credit for being a woman and succeeding in a man's game. AND for pulling GB, kicking and screaming (see "thames_sider") out of its "Sick Man of Europe" socialist cesspool.)
4. Blair (Gutsy guy for facing down his socialist-appeasement faction at home. See "thames_sider".)
5. Reagan (Commonly overrated)
6. Bush Sr.
7. Bush Jr. (A work in progress. Hard to rate yet. Could rise a great deal.)
8. Nixon (Could have been really great, but character flaws doomed him. American Hamlet.)
9. Chamberlain (Revisionist histories sometimes explain away his appeasement with "GB wasn't ready for war. Not good enough.)
999. Clinton (What's he doing on this list???? He dishonors the others!)

All right, dawg, your turn.
