Republicans have problems

The biggest problem for the Republicans is on the front of SI every day. The Dow is under 8000, and the NAZ is under 1200. Not only that, but they are continuing to drop.

How low can they go before Nov 5th? A continued drop, or a capitulation, could walk the Dems in.

coffee times around town

Congrats! You won't have to "hold your nose" and vote for Torricelli. You can look forward to some high priced lawyers spending time with your State Supreme Court, and a move to the Federal if they can get it there.

With a Dem Stat Admin and Courts, I expect you will end up with a new candidate, but the Repubs will do all they can to mess it up for as long as possible.
