Hi Dan, I'll grant you that the regulatory process has been corrupted by the special interests. People like the heinously self-dealing ALEC crowd alec.org should be excluded from the legislatures of this nation. Because their agenda is anti-community and anti-democratic. If we review the "freedom works" concept in the face of the reality that AB 1890 created in California when the IPPs were given freedom, what we find is appalling. The IPPs decided they didn't have freedom, what they had was a license to steal. That's why..... "Freedom Doesn't Work as Advertisted!" Ray D.
