And yes, it's possible to understand that Saddam has been stockpiling chemical and biological weapons and still feel strongly that an attack on Iraq at this point is wrong.

Are you suggesting that it is not the right time to attack Iraq or that it is not the right thing to do???

I'm not walking into Hypothetical Hell
So you want to wait for that nuke in the leaky freighter in NY harbor to explode?

You want the inspectors to surface a nuke in one of Saddam's palaces? You think they EVER will?

At what point does it become sufficient to say that an uncooperative militaristic maniac is loose and something must be done?

The Europeans are upset? The Europeans sat there for YEARS and watched Hitler build up the army that invaded them- -the army that was prohibited by the Treaty of Versailles. More recently, they sat back and whined and moaned about war in the Balkans- -AND DID NOTHING UNTIL THE US MOVED IN! This in spite of the fact that that is their back yard, not ours.

This is our leadership? Shall we follow Europe into Hell?
