That's what I meant, of course. They would take care of the fruit part of the pyramid.

Corn fritters could be the vegetable part, if you ate enough of them.

Butter them heavily, and that could be the dairy products part.

A few pieces of crisp bacon on the side, and voila, the protein.

Edit: Oops, I forgot grains. You know those things made with rice krispies and marshmallows? Eat some of those, too.

If you don't care for rice, I imagine that the cookie at the bottom of Mallomars contains wheat.
