Please pick your words more carefully or you make yourself look like a bozo! "Guilty" is a term of criminal courts. "Liable" is what you are found in civil courts.

I don't think that you were paying attention in history class, We have not been a "colony" since 1867 when the British North America Act was passed in Britain. We were able to change the paperwork and have our own constitution in 1982. Big difference!!
