I do remember an article where they pointed out that the lamb population of New Zealand outnumbered humans (in NZ) and yes, the resulting flatulence was assumed to increase to the ozone layer troubles...

What puzzles me is that I wonder how many "studies" by those in the high places of academia have prompted a lot of overzealous regulation against emissions in industry.

Not that I oppose a cleaner environment.

I am simply saying that there may be some "assumptions" (or even facts to be believed as such) that frankly we do not really know if it is a real problem.

btw.... some of the names I made reference to were not mushroom but cheeses, (i.e. cabrales roquefort etc...) I mentioned it to Jorj because he said he did not like the taste, I made the comparison since these cheeses are far more pungent than any mushroom I know.

I think Jorj is mushroomed out for other reasons than taste.
