What is right is probably what is most pleasing for most of us- pleasing in that global and gestalt sense, not pleasing as in "Gosh this ice cream is yummy". That is a much too limited sense of pleasure and pleasingness.

I don't think it has anything to do with absolute right and wrong. It probably simply is what our wiring approves of.
