Then yours is a truly unusual scheme. What you do because you have to, because you have a "duty" in my scheme, means the onus is coming from outside. Those things are rarely done with the grace that real (imo) giving things are done with. And frequently the actor is not thinking about the action, but the oppression which makes the action necessary. The grumbling penumbra attendant to the duty. At any rate, that is the way I look at it. Do it willingly and happily or avoid doing it. That duty stuff makes for a resentful life, I think.
