SUV vs SUV is as bad as Corolla vs Corolla. Everything I have read says that the SUV example has a lot more people on both sides walk away than the Corolla example. Having more protection around you pays off, I think. The Environmental types here are really pissed off that oil is still so cheap that people can afford big cars. We are all supposed to be "suffering" together. Then you have the types that want poor people forced off of the Freeway and on to the Bus so that they have more room to drive their Volvos. You know, the Professors who are stuck in traffic behind an old "Cheve" that is belching smoke, with a couple of little Mexican kids in the back window making faces at them? They rush right back to their office and write another Op-Ed demanding increases in Mass Transit.
