Second, Geiger just proves there's radioactivity, but nothing about what kind. Except how much, but then again, you would rather be safe than sorry (would not like to open the container and everything starts to fluoresce in intense blue light due to Cherenkow...) - so you dont open it, just weigh it, then call your superiors to come and pick it up, and in the mean time get CNN to make some photos - to show this 35lbs of weapon-grade Uranium ("makes a great story"), and "Made in Germany" to top it - vow;)
