And do we also invade China, India, Pakistan, Israel, all nations which not only seek but have weapons of mass destruction and all of which have been involved in military activities in the past 10 years where the possibility of their use of those weapons certainly existed? I do not see it to be America's responsibility or duty to stop everybody we think may someday use weapons of mass destruction.
