You ask him why he will invade.

I guess he figures that the war won't last more than two months, and then we'll get al the ex-Iraqi oil we want cheaply since we'll control the oil fields.

I dunno. Ask Bill. The whole thing just blows my mind.

BTW, if we don't invade Iraq to get its oil cheap, we might as well invade Canada for its oil. Same basic difference, but lots closer. And a much easier target. More docile citizens. And no more middle-easterners flooding our country because you guys won't keep them out. Now that's starting to make more sense than invading Iraq.

Hmmm.

Bush is an old oil man.

Probably still owns a lot of oil stock -- certainly his friends, and maybe his father, do.

He invades Iraq, price of oil goes through the roof, who makes money??

He conquers Iraq, as part of peace deal auctions off oil rights. Who bids for them?

This is starting to make sense.
