But to throw the rules out of the window, just because the bad polling data is a little bit too much.

It is interesting that the Democrats in Congress have given Bush appointees so much hell on the basis they are "judicial activists". I must say, I have NEVER seen judicial activism on the level of this NJ court before.

They have specifically disregarded a statute because they assert that the state legislature did not say what it meant. Yet, there is apparently no legislative history to support the allegation.

It seems pretty blatant to me. Still, I don't know whether the Supreme Court will hear it. I hope they do, though.

Generally, the best outcomes is when the rules are followed. I would not be terribly upset if the rules were bend for some hard reason, such as the candidate dies or is incapacitated. But to throw the rules out of the window, just because the bad polling data is a little bit too much.

I guess winning at any cost is now the permanent mantra of the liberals.

Excuse me.......but new information was released last week that put into further question whether Torr. was telling the truth or not in spite of the fact that the Justice Dept passed on the case and the Senate Ethics Committee gave him a slap on the hand.

Do you guys ever pay attention to the facts, or just create your own spin to fit the situation?
