Very good question. Depends on how far out. Assuming we are successful, and Bush stays in, that takes us out 6 years. A Democratic admin would then tend to consolidate and go for multilateral deals. Not too bad an outlook as we would probably be ready for a "breather" by then.

The only problem would be if they had a chance to use the new overseas power "unselfishly." An excursion into Africa or Asia where we had no "selfish" interest. A place where we would be helping "Victims."
