1B shares were not only bought, but were given to management. Indirect trading in company shares was done through option plays. Trading in company shares is illegal.
Cost of option grants were and are not separated from trading profits. Trading losses were taken directly from shareholders money. A lucrative long term option contract was drawn for option house(s). I am not an investigators. But I can see the smoke. Is there fire behind it?
1B shares out of 2.6B shares is a lot of shares to give out even over 10 year period. Of course they are adding another 250m shares. They are taking your retained earnings to cut your share's worth to one half, and making themselves another few billion $ profit in the open market.
Are you worshipping them for this neat trick?
This is an abuse which would not happened, if option grants are treated like regular compensation.
