Dear Jacin: Well, IF we do in fact have a Regime change in Iraq I think we are gonna HAVE to stay there for many years to oversee a stablilized government. I as a US taxpayer do NOT wish to PAY for that occupation. IMHO it is ONLY FAIR that we put a royalty charge on their oil and collect at least what it cost us to set up and maintain for them a Representative form of Government. I am not looking for any PROFIT here, just cover our costs. To me that is fair and NOT PIRACY as some here seem to think. jdn
