been that way for the last few hundred points ..

Sometimes they happen .. sometimes they don't ..

Best I can figure is to just stay short ..

Odds are good for a ramp ...

I think we'll be lucky to ramp to here from much lower (i.e., the ramp you predict will happen but from much lower...e.g., Comp ~ 1000).

This report has more implications than any hiring Chrysler might be doing or F expanding -- it tells the real story about where Autos and construction are headed -- an extremely deep decline is coming 1st quarter of next year. There will be very large layoffs -- it won't be like the first wave -- you can count on it
