Iso, let the good totalitarian times roll. (tears)

Gosh I'm afraid you are right.

"Loss of freedom and an increase in totalitarianism seem to go hand in hand with these mega deflationary epochs
that occur maybe once a century."

Darn and I was looking forward to having such a good time....Where is Valuetrader....?
Low cost Indonesia, the southern Philippines and Mexico, not near the beech, are retirement locations with growth prospects....

Getting ready for the weekly addition of "Dreamers and Touters on Wall Street w/ LR." How's he going to spin this breakdown, today...."Buyers will be rewarded in an after life"???

GMAC also does mortgages, I closed (sold) on the second of my two homes this week. They used a GMAC loan to buy the place and I can say without a doubt she is in WAY over her head. I will be surprised if she is still there in 12 months.

During the closing the people there were telling her how to get rid of the PMI as the value of the property keeps going up. I had to chuckle to myself...during the closing and as I moved back into an apartment for the first time in many years.

This is going to end badly for many families.
