So are you moving up the date for your predicted war with Iraq? I've got you down for April 2003, but with your rhetoric it seems that you should move the date up. It only took the US what, 4 months to establish a multilateral army and begin festivities after the invasion of Kuwait. So why the big delay now, LOL? Come on, you can do it. Say there's going to be a war by January 31st.

Ah, you're so forgetful, Carl. We already went all over this. I have said since February that I thought the US would go into Iraq by the end of the year (that's December 31st, Carl). I still think that. I think they just need to move the bills and resolutions thru Congress and the UNSC, and get the election out of the way. As the WSJ just said, the men and materials are basically in place already. Now, naturally I can't swear to the schedule, but my guess is sooner rather than later. BTW, Fuad Ben Eliezer just told the Israeli press that he thinks the war will be in November.

Remember now? I claim full credit for my prediction if war (defined as a serious attempt at regime change by use of the military; an effort where US troops wind up in Baghdad) starts by the end of the year; partial credit if it starts by next April. Since you're predicting no war, you get full credit only if there's no war, partial if there's no war until next year. And no fair claiming that war doesn't count as war unless there are 250,000 American troops on the ground and a sufficient number of dead to fulfill your definition of minimum kill ratios for a real war.
