I found out because I was whining about a migraine to an SI pharmacological chemist (and fellow migraine sufferer) and had complained that I hadn't done anything bad, it wasn't fair, my head was hurting so much and all I'd done was take a nice long walk and munch on virtuous things I'd brought in a baggie, like celery and carrots and apple chips and... raw grean beans.

So he told me.
