The President has postponed implementation of the plan. The President feels that Mr. Hussein lacks sufficient intellect to properly grasp the gravity of the situation, that he has made for himself. The President will give his speech on Monday, and further tactical updates will be delivered through the alternate channels. Mr. Hussein's situation is serious, and if he fails to give up his weapons of mass destruction, his situation will indeed be grave. IC
