that reminds me of what some Bavarian farmer said when told his cow died:"Well, damn, but the neighbour's cow died as well, so I am just fine". It's the so-called lose-lose proposition.

Probably does not apply, but wth, it's a good story (g).

The unintended consequences may swipe us badly or reward us mightily.

As west coast USA port strike matters are turning out in HK, Cathay Pacific Airways is picking up unexpected air courier traffic, and Hutchison is reporting increased business from Panama Canal transits.
