Re Dudack, I agree. She was a bear too early, like several people I know on SI, but she was not a perma-bear. People who spoke of overvaluation in 1998 and 1999 were laughed at by many of the same people who are ridiculing bulls. Speaking of perma-bears, remember how the CNBC talking heads used to ridicule Bill Fleck'? Biggs, BTW, is not a perma-bull. Perhaps we should coin a new set of terms - "premi-bear" and "premi-bull".
