I agree with you that MO and RJR are going down for the count, because of the litigations, and also because there may be new small offshore based cigarette companies that will start selling cigs, cutting market prices because they do not have a legal settlement burden, and who cannot be easily sued because they started business after the news concerning cigs are no longer news.

In the mean nasty time, the overall markets should ramp into Chinese New Years (early February) in world ex-Japan, and Japan market should ramp into end of March fiscal yearend closing.

After that, blackness and decay.

I could be wrong about everything, including the direction and timing.
