If the shooter was using a bolt action rifle, then why was a shell casing found at the scene where the 13 year old was shot? A bolt action would be best to prevent ejection of shell casings... otherwise finding an ejected casing is always iffey, especially given the shooter has to leave the scene quickly.

Of course if a bolt action is used, why leave a casing with tarot card? Maybe to really confuse the police?

I think you're probably right at this point, but when I saw the pictures of the first few victims, they did not look Caucasian... I first thought they may have been white racists targeting what they imagined in their demented heads to be home grown non-white terrorists...
