The PR was the results of an Independent study, how was that getting "carried away"?

AND

What are the detailed SEC Guidelines for establishing Resources? How can anyone know something that really does not exist? The SEC could not prove that study was incorrect.

Well the company is still suggesting in its advertising that the potential is for at least 160 millions ounces. I have not checked with US law, but based on Canadian law I think that this is unauthorized propaganda.

Of course, they have learned.. so I no longer see the claims of large gold reserves, but they are still not like up the the standards one want to see in junior mining companies.
