From Neocon's post, again, WHAT allies: Mr. Bush will finally have to take account of the worries which do not uniquely belong to his European or Arab allies. American opinion, if it is ready to make war on terrorism, remains reticent in the face of a war that has not obtained the support of the allies or the UN.
