Whether politicized or no, the CIA's track record in intelligence does not inspire confidence at this point.

I would be more encouraged by it except for Pollack's assessment. Pollock used to analyze Iraq for the CIA.

I'd like to think that Saddam won't attack unless provoked. He's such a nice man, and never caused anybody any harm.

So why won't he just make nice and let UNMOVIC do its job?

That's not the point. It isn't the CIA's credibility that is at stake here: it is this administration's.

Jumping to conclusions, beating the war drums, and fabricating intelligence to justify war.
