Let's move on. We don't agree about much but that's more interesting than talking to people who agree with us all the time. To me, anyway. I did not mean to be paternalistic (was the word you really meant "patronizing"?) I just got a belly full of the arguments as the events were transpiring, but am always up for reopening an old argument when someone brings something new to the table. If you ever do read something about it you think would interest me, please let me know. Typically it takes a couple of years for a law review type article to be written and published in a law school publication, as the standards are very high. Lawrence Tribe's analysis would be interesting but he represented Gore before the Court so he doesn't count.;^)
