If Bush attacks Iraq in November or whenever, shouldn't the market decline steeply and thus a buying opportunity. The only catch is that the market may climb to a point before the invasion, that the bottom of the decline will be higher than current levels.
If the market doesn't climb, say more than 10%, then waiting until the shooting starts might be wise. I guess one must be a prophet in order to make the right move. Oh well....we shall see!
