"As I recall it was supposed to be a dual trip"

The original idea was that it was a trip to the GEI property, you remember Jim we all had many discussions about it. I even remember who thought up this trip(no it wasn't CIMA). I recall CIMA making a trip to Denver to plan the trip with GEI Officers. It was there in a bar that he met with one or two SUNR guys and Tom A. That is where the SUNR group came in. CIMA liked these guys and started promoting SUNR,and wanted the trip to NOW be a dual trip, but there was mucho bad blood between these groups and Terry opted not to welcome CIMA or the trip as updated. It was at that point the GEI folks were bashed by some here and the trip continued as a very pro SUN RIVER adventure and the group was not welcomed on GEI's property with the open arms it would have received.
To say this in all truth, someone became very greedy and ditched the whole purpose of this trip for self gain and some of you guys here including Miss Colleen hammered Turner for not allowing substantial DD to take place. Because no one here really had an idea what the revised trip was about, but a few of us.
I tried to tell everyone but of course no one listened, so you all got what was deserved.
To your credit Jim, you did offer everyone their money back and I know you took it on the chin for that.

Thanks for that post Jim, I did not like that SUNR pushed their way into the Trip's DD.

AND, at the time, I did not know of the bad blood with the ex GE employee.

Nice to accurately recall the history of this thread.
