I mentioned Carter and Clinton because I doubt you consider either of them simpletons. And they are known to have used the same pronunciation of nuclear (that's new-klee-ar) as Bush. And one of them in fact is a nuclear engineer. The use of a common pronunciation variant of a word does not impress me as a valid intelligence test. And even if you consider new-kew-lar as an indication of intelligence, then Clinton's actions have to be considered an indication of idiocy. I was banned from FADG shortly after 9/11. I attacked a person who was spouting the "US foreign policy caused the WTC attacks and it's our fault" line. I now believe that person was a friend of the moderator.
