Suppose he had an appointment at the school to fix something.....he takes his shot....gets in his work van...and drives right up to the scene. He looks like an innocent bystander. There would never be any thoughts of the shooter being right there....the obviouse thought is that he is running.....I think if he were running...he would have been caught by now.
