When you have a choice of getting corrupt money or a starving family, ethics go out the window.

I am sure that you can window dress your opinions in a way that makes them palatable in polite society. Nevertheless, your original riposte to my list of Mediterranean (Spain, Italy) and Western European (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria) was that the "ethical" countries did not support Bush.

Now you're saying, it's not their fault they're unethical, because they are in the South and the South is poorer.

Where I come from, they call it crawfishing.
