No, Falwell uttered his (goofball) opinion. I feel that is too nonchalantly dismissive of a very serious slap in the face of those of the Islam religion. Someone with the high public profile, large following and supposed religious insight and humanitarianism as Falwell does not deserve to be allowed off that easily IMO. How could he not realize the repercussions of a remark like that? I've rattled on about this topic enough, I'll give the closing remarks to you if you choose. C
