you've got to admit that an 8:10 bullet to kill ratio is pretty good. Even with a bench/killbox setup, that would only ensure hitting his target. Hitting his target where it will kill them is much more difficult as each person has different physical characteristics.

I think that this guy or guys has had to have military or paramilitary training.

This is a considered plan then....Someone on a lark would have made a mistake by now, and especially with so many people on the case.

and....I used to be a pretty good shot, shooting a .22 and hitting tin cans....Looks like a trip or two to the local shooting range (no grin) will be in order....soon....
