Dabum3, do you put any weight on Max Pain theory of options expiration? If so EP should have more pressure to go higher before next friday. Max Pain would suggest about 7.5. Someone on Zeev's thread studies the QQQ's over the last six months and found Max Pain to hit about 60-66% of the time I believe. Enough to pay attention to, but not enough to trade on. EP's earnings are on the 21st. It will be interesting to see how it trades into them. Given the current questioning of EP's accounting practices it won't be enough to simply make the numbers. Will they do more for transparency? Not sure. I've done quite a bit of research/reading this weekend. Still working on it, but will probably post more today or tomorrow. Overall, I like what I see, but I did find a few more things that concern me.
