i guess the "deflationary effects of the Chinese economy" are the reason real estate prices are up 20%+ YoY in much of the country? and i guess that's why the median CPI is around 4%?

the CRB just hit a four-year high. that is not inflationary? the main thing i expect to deflate is the dollar.
