My theory is that the shooter is operating out of this truck and/or van as follows: He fires from within the interior of the vehicle (which is why noone sees him/her) and the driver then drives off immediately before anyone gets their senses about them. Wouldnt surprise me if sometimes he even uses a silencer. Heck there was a police officer within 50 yds this last time and I understand the shot when right over his head and even he has no idea who did it. I know the experts dont say this but I gotta believe this is a terrorist attempting to stir up panic in our nations capital areas. jdn
