WHY WOULD YOU GET RID OF A GOOD HP JUST TO BUY A NEW ONE, people don't do this, unless your old printer has worn out,

Because I was told that the printer drivers in the new Dell PCs have changed since I bought my HP, and they won't work with that HP. (Maybe that was a line they use to unload a bunch of printers they bought by the boxcar, but I bought it.) Besides, my HP -- even though it does a good print job -- is SLOW, and takes forever to warm up and get going. It's like it's sitting there "thinking about it" for 5 minutes before it starts printing.
